Fend products are designed and approved for business use only (including commercial, industrial, utility, manufacturing, public sector and private sector customers).  We are unable to sell our products for personal / residential use.  All orders must be placed with a business email address. Orders using a personal email address (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) may face cancellation and a 3% non-refundable processing fee.

Returns must be authorized in advance. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer. Fend Incorporated may replace the item, provide credit towards the Buyer’s next purchase, or a refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15%, at its option. NO returns will be accepted for items that have which have been altered or repaired (except by Fend Incorporated or a Fend-approved service provider), or which have been damaged or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. NO returns will be allowed after 30 days.
