This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of Fend Incorporated (“Company,” “we”, “us”, or “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect through this web site (the “Web Site”) and the functions that permit you to i) request a pricing quote via the Web Site (each, an “RFQ”) and ii) subscribe to our newsletter (the “Newsletter”).  We refer to your ability to access the Web Site and submit RFQs or enroll in the Newsletter as our “Services”.

Return Policy

Returns must be authorized in advance.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.  Fend Incorporated may replace the item, provide credit towards the Buyer’s next purchase, or a refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee of 15%, at its option.  NO returns will be accepted for items that have which have been altered or repaired, except by Fend Incorporated or the manufacturer, or which have been damaged or subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. NO returns will be allowed after 30 days.
